  •  As individual contributor in 2008 was top bookings producer; as team and regional lead in 2009 and 2010 led team to exceed quotas by 112% and 129%, respectively.
  • Part of leadership team at XPLANE that established a culture of transparency, empowerment and accountability, and was recognized as the #17 best small business to work for by Entrepreneur Magazine and the Great Place to Work Institute.

  • Client Account Management responsibilities included strategic planning and counsel, program development and implementation, research and analysis, program measurement and evaluation, and contract and budget management for key national and global accounts including HP, Tektronix, RuleSpace, Webtrends, Tripwire.

Selected accomplishments:

  • Managed PN Labs, Porter Novelli’s product testing and reviews media relations program. Led Seattle-based team of 18 account and technical staff in the planning and execution of product reviews media relations for multiple clients, including all HP consumer and SMB products. Program consistently exceeded client goals for coverage volume and quality. Annual program budget exceeded $2.5M.
  • Managed global media measurement and evaluation program for the agency’s largest account, HP. Lead a cross-office team of 18 staff and 5 third-party technology vendors. Program utilizes web-based technologies to track, analyze and report media coverage results for HP and competitors across multiple product categories. Managed program budget of $600K annually.
  • Established and led Portland satellite office from 2000 to 2005 to support multiple Portland-area accounts. Created ~$1 million in new business from 2002-2005, winning and growing accounts, contributing to overall Northwest office growth from ~$2.5 to ~$5 million during the same period. Reported to Seattle office Managing Director.
